- From Detailing to Appraisals: Ryan came to us with a car-detailing background, which instilled in him a strong sense of precision and an eye for presentation. These qualities show up in every vehicle appraisal he does — he notices subtle imperfections others might miss, and highlights selling points that make a vehicle more appealing.
- Unmatched Work Ethic: Ryan is often the last to leave. Even when he’s not scheduled, he steps in to assist with photography, customer enquiries, or just lending a hand to help with the workload and morale. He does more than his job description; he lifts the whole team.
